Take 300 ml of water & add 1½-2 tsp of Kashir Noon Chai 2. Add spices (ginger/cardamom/cinnamon/tulsi) as per your taste 3. Add 2-3 pinches of salt & allow the mixture to boil 4. Add a pinch of cooking soda for a pinkish hue 5. Allow the mixture to simmer for around 30 mins or until it reduces to 1/5th of the initial quantity. Add around 200 ml of cold water & let it simmer for another 5 mins 6. Strain & collect the decoction 7.
