Lindo Neptune – Design and Concept Designed by us here at Lindo Guitars in Bristol, U.K. The Lindo Neptune has to be one of the most radical guitar concepts that we have produced so far. Inspired by minimal art and sculpture, it is ultra-modern and timeless in style. Tonewoods and Sound The offset soundhole is a distinctive design and produces a "true sound" from the player's perspective. It provides a tight and clear bass response which is sure to impress those with a musical ear. And those without. In combination with the mahogany neck, the spruce laminate top provides warm and clear notes. The solid walnut fretboard and bridge are beautifully figured and add plenty of sustain into the mix. The Lindo Neptune produces a very dynamic tonal range and is suitable for fingerstyle and plectrum players. Features This “All Black” version features the Neptune Planet Core inlay at the 12th fret and off-centre side dots on the fretboard. The soundhole label is laser-engraved and adds a touch of class and style to the overall finish. The neck is a soft D-shape and offers a very solid feel. The Lindo unique headstock has the Lindo custom machine heads with the engraved Lindo ‘L’ motif. These reliable diecast tuners offer a 19:1 gear ratio for stability and fine tuning and finished in gloss black. F-4T Preamplifier and Output Unit You have the option of a standard jack or a balanced XLR output. Connect to an amplifier whilst simultaneously being connected to a PA or mixing desk. The Lindo Neptune makes it easy to record at home or connect to an amplifier. The unique looks will definitely ensure heads are turning in a live performance. Tuning is made easily visible via the piezoelectric pickup and onboard F-4T preamp unit which has a backlit LCD. On the pluck of a string, LED indicators tell you if the note is sharp or flat. The LCD shows the string note and indicator needle to help accurately tune each string.
