Good size
These emery boards are just the right size.. The grids on each are about the same as any board so they do there job of smoothing the snags,etc. on the nails.

many different uses.
I do a lot of custom woodworking and have a large amount of hardwood in small pieces to sand. rather then pay for sanding blocks or multiple sheets to cut down and glue to a board these allow me to get multiple grits and are stiff enough to allow plenty of sanding. they may not be designed with woodworking in mind but why reinvent something when the alternative works perfectly.

Good product, good price.
I usually buy Sally,s but couldn’t gyro the store. These work well but a bit harder to use than I’m accustomed to. They work but takes a bit more effort. It’s a good price and you get so many they’ll last me forever!
