If you enjoy coconut oil, you won’t need any other brand after trying this.
So, fun fact: I ordered 2 of these gallon sizes completely by accident! I only meant to order one, but then 2 showed up at my doorstep. I was already on the fence about buying such a large quantity to begin with, and then I had 2. Ok, so before jumping the gun and sending one back, I thought I’d try it out, ya know? To see if it was a worthy investment. Yep, this is coconut gold. I love this stuff. I love that it’s from a small family owned company, I love the smell, and I love the container!!! We are a big homesteading family and I take great pleasure in buying the ingredients we can’t grow/make ourselves in bulk. This brand of coconut oil has made it to the “for keeps” list of ingredients. Thank you for the quality product, folks!

Love everything about it!
I have tried atleast a dozen different organic coconut oil brands before purchasing this one. I always feel like they should be...better. Well, there was something better...THIS ONE! The packaging is fantastic. I ordered the 1 gallon jug. It was sealed very well in heavy container (think 5 gallon paint bucket) unlike others I've tried with twist on lids that just deemed unreliable for their size. Upon opening, there was a sweet, deep, rich smell of coconut. The oil was smooth and soft and easy to scoop, not chunky and inconsistent like some I've used prior. The taste is light and wonderful, like whipped coconut milk. I will say that I transfer a reasonable amount into a recycled glass container for practical use and keep the plastic container on a cool storage area, but order the large size to save money. I'm in love! I WILL stick with this brand! Thank you for integrity in your product!!

Great quality refined coconut oil for cooking
I have bought this oil from Wilderness Family Naturals for over 10 years. It's my main cooking oil, and it's the best unflavored coconut oil I have ever seen. Most cheaper refined coconut oils are darker in color, indicating lack of purity (or cleaniness) to me. I have read how refined coconut oils are made so I intentionally avoid buying any that's darker in color. Wilderness Family Natural's refined coconut oil is about the same color as a good unrefined virgin coconut oil. Since I don't want my cooking oil to taste like coconut, I think this is the next best thing to extra virgin coconut oil.

Wildly Fantastic!
Im very happy with the high quality of this product. I actually purchased this to help with consistent ear issues my dog was having and the vets drops just werent helping anymore. After tons of research I found that adding coconut oil to your dogs diet can help with all sorts of skin and allergy issuesand so far Im seeing such a difference in her little ears even better is whatever oil is left on the spoon I add to my elbows and cuticles and they are looking and feeling great as well.

Great product
The only thing to not like about this is that the tub is really hard to open and close, especially if you have cold fingers in the winter. So you need to transfer a bunch of it to a more manageable container for daily use and keep refilling that. Otherwise, no complaints.I always make sure any cooking that gets done under my roof is with saturated fats. This is something essential I make clear to all of my clients early on. If you use a polyunsaturated fat (like canola oil), then you make the fat go partly or mostly rancid, ruining the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, forming toxins, and overall making a toxic substance. Then when you eat the toxic fat, it uses up all the enzymes you have to digest fats, so if you then follow it with healthy cold-pressed refrigerated polyunsaturated fat (like flax oil) then you end up not able to get the benefit because you haven't yet replenishing your supply of the enzymes you need to digest fat. It's not about HOW MUCH fat you consume. Its about the QUALITY of the fat, and how you use it. A teaspoon of coconut oil a day is good for you! And a few tablespoons of cold-pressed refrigerated oil (flax, hemp, chia, etc) is very healthful in smoothies or on salad. Enjoy!~ Raederle

This went from being the best tasting coconut oil around to one of the worst
Not only has the label changed but so has the taste. This went from being the best tasting coconut oil around to one of the worst. I noticed on the back of the bottle they had marked out where it was a product of.. Strange.. I'll be avoiding future purchases from here
