Sticky Bumps Base Coat Single Bar Surf Wax

this is now going to be my go-to wax brand. it’s easy to apply, not too expensive, and is super sticky on my surfboard. i definitely recommend this wax

This stuff is really a no brainer. You add some to the top of your board if you want better traction while surfing. Just make sure you buy the correct type for the temperature of the water you are surfing in. I live near Santa Cruz, California, so I used their regular basecoat and then their cold water wax. Usually once every few sessions, I add a bit more wax and hit it. For me, it works great and it does add traction. Five stars!

pretty much the best wax for surfboards. good on fiberglass or foam. yes, use in conjunction with sticky bumps, as this is just the base. but you dont have to do it every use so you get a lot of usage out of it. smells yummy too. :)

I bought this wax for my son and he said it’s working fine. He used it a couple of times already and then forgot it outside and it rained on it. He hasn’t used it since, however I think it’ll still work. If not, we’ll buy the same one again. Thank you

The first surf wax base that got shipped ended up melting in the mailbox because my note for dropping the item to the house was not tagged onto the shipping. The person was quick to respond and replaced the surf wax for free. Quick and easy. The wax base itself works really well and is easy to use. It smells great too!

After scraping and cleaning my board I use the basecoat to start the wax bumps and then add my topcoat of Sticky Bumps Cold. I like the grip better than Sex Wax.

This was works great, doesn't come off on your hands.
