The packaging is kind of small, I have a picture of it next to a ruler. They taste ok, such that no one in my family has reported a bad taste, and they seem to be legitimate. I have also included pictures of the labels for you to deduct for yourself if it is worth purchasing based on its nutritional contents.

Finally, a gummy vitamin (or ANY kind of vitamin) that my child doesn't mind taking! Thank you! She is very sensitive to tastes and textures etc.

My picky kiddos both liked the taste of these gummies, so it’s already a winner in my book. We try to feed our kids a well balanced, healthy diet, but we have busy lives and some days don’t have time to make all the right food choices. Having a good quality vitamin for them lets me relax a little on the days when our diet isn’t perfect. These Kids L-Methylfolate Gummies arrived in a clear plastic jar with a twist off lid. I like that the jar is actually more of a canister shape with a nice wide mouth because gummies can be hard to get out of a narrow top as they tend to stick together a bit. These gummies in particular are a little sticky in the jar, but don’t feel sticky in my hand. They’re small, firm, and easy to chew, even for little ones. In the jar they have a light peach scent that is sweet smelling. The peach flavor is over the top good. To me they taste like peach schnapps; to my kids they taste like peach jolly ranchers. It’s a strong, sweet, deliciousness that makes me think they should make these for adults too. Choosing methylated vitamins is a top priority for me when selecting a supplement. Methylated vitamins are broken down in a way that is easily absorbable for everyone, but especially folks with the mutated MTHFR gene, like me. This is chocked full of high quality vitamins and minerals, including the all important omega-3s, which come from algae, not fish. The fact that these are vegan makes them even better in my opinion. A serving size is 1 gummy for kids ages 4-8, and 2 gummies for kids ages 9 and up. A total of 60 gummies in this jar will give you either a one or two months supply depending on your child’s age. For the price, I think it’s a good value, considering the high quality of ingredients and the fact that they are GMP compliant, gmo free, sugar free, vegan and downright delicious.

My kids love these gummies. There isn't really a way if knowing if they are working, but they take them every day. The texture and flavor is great, and I love that they are methylated. The ingredients are minimal and pretty clean. I will keep getting these.

The label says zero sugar, so I’m assuming the sweetness is coming from alternatives like stevia/monk fruit, which is a plus for avoiding added sugar. Ingredient-wise, I do like that it uses L-methylfolate (5-MTHF) instead of regular folic acid, along with methyl B12 and some added nutrients like DHA and choline. It feels like a more “thoughtful” formula compared to basic kids vitamins. That said, because they taste so good, I do make sure to keep them out of reach—these are definitely easy for kids to overeat if unsupervised. Also worth noting: gummies in general aren’t always the most precise dosing format compared to tablets. Packaging arrived sealed and everything looked fresh. The gummies didn’t stick together too badly, which is a small but appreciated detail.

These vitamins taste great, like peach candy. They don't leave a weird after taste in your mouth. My kids remind me to give them their vitamins daily bc they like the flavor and that they are candy! I like the clean ingredients these are made with. And even though we try to feed our kids a healthy diet, these give me the piece of mind that they are getting what their little bodies need. Honestly, like all vitamins, I can't tell if they are working, but I'll still use these. There are no side effects to them, only healthy and clean ingredients, And the kids love them!
