This replacement is almost identical to the existing one. It fits perfectly, doesn't leak, and works. It seems like it's on par with bissells quality. Mine old one didn't have a tube, but I definitely could have lost it a long time ago. It seems really durable and is definitely worth it.

The Replacement Cap for the Bissell was shipped and arrived immediately and within moments, with no need for tools, just unscrew the old cap by hand and screw in the new cap and our Bissell Carpet Cleaner was working great again. Somehow during previous Bissell Cleaner use we lost the small plastic hose on the original Bissell cap so whenever we tried filling the tank for cleaning it would constantly leak. We took this new replacement cap and changed out the original and everything works perfectly! No leaks! This is a great alternative to taking the Bissell to a service center or buying an entirely new cleaner due to the constant leaking. Would definitely buy again. Well worth the price.
