Thanks to its unusually tight construction as well as a hose that guides the smoke generated during smoking, you will be able to prepare your favourite meat, cheese and fish dishes on an ordinary stove! You don't have to worry about the characteristic smoking smell filling your kitchen. Simply connect the hose of the device to the eaves or place it out of the window so that the smoke is directed outwards and your dishes get a wonderful smoking aroma. The tightness of the device guarantees a seal specially adapted to the lid. The smoker is constructed of stainless steel, approved for contact with food. The inner elements of the smoker can be easily disassembled and therefore easy to clean. Two grates with which the device is equipped allow you to smoke meat, fish and cheese at the same time. The grate is equipped with hooks that allow nets with meat to be hung up to approx. 1.3 kg on one arm of the grate - to smoke the meat hanging. Thanks to a special tray that collects the dripping fat, the prepared dishes will not have a bitter taste. The precise thermometer placed in the lid simplifies temperature control when preparing the dish. The product is intended exclusively for use on gas stoves. How to use: Remove the lid of the device (6). Place the chips on the tray (2) and then place it on the bottom of the pot (1). On the tray with smoking chips, place the grate for smoking meat (3), inside the grate place the tray for fat (4) and the rack for smoking fish (5). Cover the whole thing with the lid and place the thermometer (7) and the vent (8) in it. Put the hose on the vent (9). Smoker capacity: 18 litres. Max. Insert: 5 kg of meat.
