Great texture, great taste. Amazing paired with butter and sour dough or to top your focaccia. A bit pricey, low key worth it!

Great finishing salt. Problem is that it comes in a paperboard container that is way too easy for Amazon to break during delivery. You might end up with an empty container and delivery envelope full of salt.
