This process allows shaping the product with a non-uniform thickness, thicker at the bottom and thinner at the sides, this will insure evenly thermal distribution and less heat is needed. Diecast aluminum is as tough and durable as cast iron but with the lightweight advantage. Upgraded with a shockproof glass lid with a silicon rim that can protect from falls and bumps. Lids are also featured as ovenproof (Max to a 150 C), prevents lid rattling, and protects the cookware rim from scratches.
