Chinese Laundry Women's Imagination Sandal

I ordered this shoe because I needed a gold shoe to wear with a long dress. I knew the shoes would not show much, but I could not wear just anything. They are sexy! I think they would even go with nice jeans or a lot of other things.One issue I had was that toward the end of the night my feet started to slide too far forward. I think that they loosened up. I think next time I wear them I will put one of those cushions under the ball of my foot. I think that will solve that problem.They were fairly comfortable. I did not have any blisters the next day, and I wore them for about 6 hours at a party where there was a lot of dancing. I just had some soreness where the front strap was on my toes. I found them easy to walk in.Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will be wearing them a lot!

I am usually a size 8 and the shoes fit as expected. I ordered both the light gold and the black multi coloured sandal and both looked great. The shoes do not wobble when you put them on a flat surface, a very important thing to have for a pair of stilettos. Imagine trying to walk in stilettos that are inherently unstable. I would put 4 stars except that the workmanship was not the best. The right shoe of the light gold one was not glued properly so every time I took a step, it would make a whistling noise. Not a major problem, would just have to get someone to glue it right. The excess elastic (that is holding the buckle) is not covered completely by the leather strap. It is not a problem except one buckle on the black multi coloured sandal keeps rubbing. Again, I can cover it up with some tape or wear a plaster to prevent it from rubbing when I wear it. For me, these faults do not require me to return the shoes but someone may feel different.

I should have listened to the reviews and ordered a half size bigger in the first place but didn't and had to return for a bigger size. Other than the size issue these shoes are cute and classy and perfect for the occasion. They fit well but will fit even better when I get the half size bigger. The strap across the toes are tight but my feet are narrow so it should be fine. Haven't worn them yet, only tried them on so we will see if I make it through the night. To be determined.

These might be my best find yet! The color combos are awesome, they look like a million bucks! Very comfortable to wear and I really put them to the test, the first time I had them on the group I was with decided to walk from our hotel to a restaurant we thought was 2 blocks away and it ended up being a 10 min walk! Made it just fine! If you look very closely where the straps are attached to the shoe base , you can see a bit of the glue but it's barely perceptible unless you're really surveying the show up close. I'm in love with these shoes and definitely recommend!

I bought these shoes for my daughters prom. I bought them because they could potentially be used after prom night is over. They were a great choice. The shoes have a rubber grip at the bottom which is great for someone not used to walking in this height of heels. The only issue was that the ankle straps were not tight enough. We drilled another hole and were good to go.

I ordered 5.5, which was true to size. I have wide feet, and they are on the narrow side, however it still fit and you couldn't see the difference. I wore them to a holiday party and danced all night, no problem! I think the shoe & material will eventually be ruined if worn alot. I really like the shoes and will probably only wear them for special occasions to keep them looking nice!

Beautiful shoe, but my foot was sliding, which made it excrutiating to wear. I wore them in a wedding and then gave them away. I didn't even wear them during the reception. If you're used to high heels, you'll love them. Otherwise...one and done.

These are really beautiful, and I love the mellow gold color that isn't brassy or flashy. They go with everything, and every time I wear them I get compliments. On the downside, like any high heel, they aren't very comfortable, and I end up "preloading" my heals with bandaids to avoid blisters... But they're totally worth it!
