- ✔ Chick Pea Flour: Chickpea Flour (Gram Flour), often known as besan, is a very nutritious food that offers several health advantages. For generations, chickpea flour, also known as besan, or garbanzo bean flour, has been a mainstay in Indian cuisine. Chickpeas are adaptable legumes with a mild, nutty flavour, and chickpea flour is usually prepared from Bengal grammes.
- ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: It also has a significant amount of soluble fibre, which is good for heart health. Chickpea flour (gramme flour) can be used in place of wheat flour in recipes.
