So very disappointed!!
I've used Sandusky brand racks in the past and they were very sturdy. The poles, however, are junk. We mounted all 15 units on the provided wheels and as soon as the units were loaded --NOT overloaded-- we began experiencing problems. The threaded receivers in the bottom of the lower pole legs started 'popping' out as the lower pole leg opening bent. Again, we are UNDER the maximum recommended weight limits, but these things are failing!! We had to take off all the wheels and order from a differnet manufacturer.

Almost Perfect
The box the shelving unit came in was thin with holes and tears in it, especially where the shelves' corner cylinder holes are for the poles to be inserted allowing anyone to see what was in the package. But thankfully when I unpacked the contents, the shelving unit was undamaged. Everything needed was in the box Except the instructions. I had to look on YouTube to figure out how to put it together. When following the YouTube video I was worried the plastic clips that are to be clipped to the poles that are supposed to hold up the shelves were too small for the diameter of the poles. I had great difficulty making sure shelves didn't slide down the poles toward the floor after resting the shelves on the black clips. I had to keep manipulating the clips to make the clips stay put on the poles where I wanted the clips to stay. The two parts of the clips do not meet flush on the poles - there's a 1/8" gap or more on both sides of the pole when trying to snap it to the pole if that makes any sense. I would have felt better if the two sections of the clips fit flush together so they don't slide around. The ones on the YouTube video did but that was a different shelving company. But I got it put together and it is in my kitchen. And, it looks nice. If it doesn't collapse, I'll be very happy.

No instructions, was bent from shipping, finally put it together with difficulty
No instructions, box was damaged, one of the legs was bent at the screw-in part. It was a pain to try to put together by myself. I would have returned it but I could barely lift it into the house. It finally went together. You must make sure the "E" on the plastic shelf holders are facing up, hold the bottom of both plastic parts (they don't snap together initially), then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the shelf into the plastic. If you get one too low, use the mallet to gently tap the plastic up. I recommend using a level, as tapping the shelf over the plastic holders causes it to drop down lower than wanted. It does look good and sturdy after a LONG time to put together. I like that there are wheels with 2 that are locking.

Good quality for a good price.
Package arrived earlier than promised and all intact with all parts inside. It's heavy...nearly 60lbs, but very easy to unpack and move a few pieces at a time to the assembly location. Once put together it's very sturdy and rolls super easy. I liked this unit so much I ordered two more for my storage room. A great product, but not too bright of Sandusky to not include instructions. Not all of us have done this before! I checked their website, and they promised to e-mail directions, but never did. However there are two excellent U-Tube videos on assembly. For basic assembly see "How to Assemble Wire Shelving Racks." For assembling two units side by side or in an L-shaped corner configuration, see "Assembling Shelfing Units" (his spelling, not mine!) It is really super simple. I recommend using a rubber mallet ($5.99 at my local hardware, and worth it as sometimes the clips will slip as you're tapping the shelf in place, and you can just place the mallet under the bottom edge of the clip and tap upward to set back in place.) I used a tape measure for aligning clips for shelf height (much easier than counting the grooves on the poles which makes you cross-eyed) Hint, if you're storing bankers' boxes of files as I am, they need 12 inches of clearance to slide in, but more if you want to open the lids on the shelf and go through the files. Measure first! Also handy to have a step stool or ladder (much easier to align and tweak the very top shelf.) I agree with another reviewer that it's easy to unscrew the levelers and screw in the casters by hand, and if you're not going to move the unit frequently you probably don't need to use the itty-bitty wrench they include. The chrome finish is really good looking, and this would be great in a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. I highly recommend it.

Could be better
2 of the legs were dented and I couldn't thread the top pieces into the bottom pieces without using plyers to straighten them out and the plastic pieces you attach to the posts were only enough to install 3 of the 5 shelves. fortunately I had some extra plastic pieces left over from the same type of wire shelving I bought from Sams club. one of the shelves had a bend in it like it was dropped and there were no installation instructions in the box.

Great for Extra Storage
This chrome wire shelving unit is awesome for us in our condo where space is a premium. We actually set it up in the closet to provide additional shelving. We left the wheels off. It was fairly easy to put together -- doesn't come with instructions but my hubby figured it out quite easily. It is very sturdy and looks sharp with the chrome.

Perfect Universal Storage Shelf
There was an issue with a pole being bent upon arrival, but Amazon took care of that for me by sending me a whole new shelf unit with a free return postage for the damaged product, so it cost me nothing. Each exterior pole is really two pole pieces screwed together and the racks are completely modular so you can insert them wherever you want. The wheels are heavy duty and the locks on them work (only two wheels have locks - take note of this when assembling). The wheels will help out greatly when I am trying to sweep or vacuum behind it.

Great size for what we needed
Great size for what we needed, but some of the shelves had odd dents and bends where they shouldn't. Box is really heavy and didn't notice the damage until we'd already pulled it out; too much of a hassle to return, so we just put it together anyway.
