These rolls were specifically purchased for laminating foam RC aircraft. I use a heat gun with an adjustable temperature setting and a metal quilting iron head as well as gloved hands to apply it to the wings, rudder and fuselage of the planes. It greatly improves the rigidity of the foam, especially when repairing crash damage. After using appropriate adhesives to repair breaks, using a laminate layer over top of the repair is excellent additional strengthening. Helps keep "landing and hangar rash" to a minimum as well. For the application I use it for, this is an amazing product!

I was using the more expensive thermal pouches for laminating wood and decided to give this product a try. I needed wider laminating sheets - 18"x300' use a good choice for me. It's 1.5mil thick as opposed to the other laminating pouches that is 3 mil but for me this just makes laminating / sublimation process so much easier. When using, I found that the residual heat from heat press helped lay down the sheet nicely. no muss, no fuss. Its not as shiny as the other laminating pouches I've used which was another nice surprise. Was never a fan of the extreme shiny look. ***Don't forget to use parchment or blowout paper under the laminating sheet to stop it sticking to EVERYTHING ;-( 360f / 182c @ 120 seconds to bond the GBC Laminating sheet to wood. Let it cool and trim the leftover laminate. 375f / 190 @ 90 seconds to transfer the sublimation print to the GBC Laminating sheet. Very amazed at the results and would buy again..
